Yes, I have done the work mentioned by Mrs [redacted] at that time, we work on the roof of her house, and unfortunately the plastic cover of skylight was cracked, and when we removed it to repair the roof, that crack (originally was there before we start and she knew it, because I personally show her before we start, and she said ,she knew it.).We finish the roof and the crack on the cover got bigger after we left the job, around a week later.She called back, and I promised her I was going to take care, and replace it, without any costs to herI went to three different roof suppliers: [redacted] ), where I am a usual costumer, and very known by them, also I left post to them all Measures and Specs and also a picture from the "Plastic Cover", and soon they could find any (because that is too old and also out of line) could be a used one, if they could find a new one.After that I came back to Mrs [redacted] and explain it to herSo the time passed by and I always kept, Mrs [redacted] , postedAnd always asked the suppliers the aboutSo , she never have been forgotten.About couple mounts ago, she call me, and I went over her house, and saw the little leak, and inspected and found the problem on the "Crack" I told her I could do try to silicone and tar the crack, that soon I finish the job which I was working (and still there), where it is about one hour and a half from Bridgeport, where I can not leave before 4:Pm, or enter after 8:Am., Monday to Saturday.But on Sundays , unfortunately,I did not have one day free to go to her house and expend one hour to try to fix this problem.She send me one text last Monday 10/17/at 8: am twice.Which I have not responded already, because I was planning to go at her house this weekend.That is the only time I have not answering her.She is making me look alike a bad person, without a word, but I am a old school person, who keep my word always.Also I would like to emphatize that : I never broke any thing at her house, otherwise my Insurance would cover me for that.The piece was already broken before I start, and she agreed on thisThat only got worst because it needs to be replaced for another new one.And I can not be responsible for something wrong which did not came from me or my crew, only because I gave my promise to help herDoes not mean my job is incomplete or fail in Warranty.I would like to help her as I can
