Hi [redacted] , This letter is in concern for the complaint that was made against my business by [redacted] ***The complainer bought his car to me with serious damages in the rear of the carHe Was given an estimated price of $and it was not finalized since every collision car you never know what else could be wrong until the work is completed ,he was also notified of this.He agreed to also pay from his pocket since the car had no insurance on it at allSo he left me with a deposited $before we started working on his carWe replaced the whole back from the car .After everything was fixed on the car we had some minor issues from the accident with the trunk shocks which we ordered the parts from the dealer and was waiting on them for it to deliver the parts so we could finish the workEven then we never asked for anymore money other than the $he agreed to pay beforeSo on march [redacted] Wednesday we took the car out of the shop and parked it next to the side street next to the shop since it was waiting on partsAround pm saihan got a spare key that I believe he had at home and took the car speed ed off without letting us know anything or paying the rest of the moneyI called the cops and also the sergeant was called from our local precinctThey told me I could not make a report but rather to take this case to claims courtThe whole incident was recorded on our cctv cameraIf you want I can send u a copy of the video also get a report from the local police sergeant that the incident was reported So if you can please let the customer know to pay of his balance or I will be taking further legal action against him for defamation of my business and also for the balance he owes for the work done on his car Thank you
