The factory M.S.R.Pis $31,on the new Nissan Rogue bearing vin# ***
We sold the vehicle based on $31,selling priceWith a $5,down payment the lease payments came out to $x months
allowing 12,miles a year including taxes, MV, DOC
The residual value is $17,if the customer decides to purchase at the end of the lease
Mrs*** then went into the leasing department and decided to purchase additional protection for her new leased vehicle without her husband being present
The items that Mrs*** purchased are listed below:
1. Pro alarm system a value of $increasing the payment approximately $a month
2. IBEX interior protection a value of $increasing the payment approximately $a month
3. Dent repair contract a value of $increasing the payment approximately $a month
By adding these items the lease payment increased from $a month to $a month
This was a simple consensual transaction and don’t understand where we mislead or are charging the customer $39,for a $31,vehicle?
We have tried numerous times to contact Mrs*** to have her alarm installed, but she never returned our calls
We also received a bad Yelp review and a bad Factory survey stating that we mislead this customer
I have offered this customer a chance to visit with me to discuss the details of this transaction, but have not heard back from them

received a customer complaint and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify what
happened. Specifically, customer [redacted] complains that the recently car that she purchased, she...

to pay it. She is requesting to return the car. [redacted] leased a new car
on 11/04/15, she came to the dealership and chose the car that she liked, agreed
to make the deal and signed the proper paperwork. Customer returned on 11/07/15
and spoke with the sales Manager [redacted], she tried to return the car but the
dealership cannot accept it because a car is not a returnable item, as a
company we cannot sell the same car as new to another customer. We can’t unwind
the deal but we can swap it, that is the reason why we offered the customer to
find another car with a lower price which it is going to have another monthly
payment and she denied it. We understand the disappointment you must have felt
when you realized that you couldn’t return the car. We hope you can understand
our position as a dealership, because we cannot be responsible for what
happened to the car after it left the store. If you wish to examine the alternative,
give me a call. I appreciate your business and hope we can continue to work

Review: I was pressured by [redacted] after being recommended by him to buy a vehicle out of my price range after repeatedly telling him my budget I knew what I wanted and the price but that did not matter to him.

Dear Revdex.com,

Review: We went in to Hudson Nissan wanting to buy Nissan Altima. We had to bring our kids so it was hectic chasing our 4yr and our 7 month old. The Altima we originally looked at was fully loaded and we were happy. So salesman [redacted] showed us all other Altima except the model we liked and told us to get the Rogue he has is a better deal and has all the same extras. Well that was the first of many lies he was to tell. So like I said we had our kids and had to do test drives separate so we didn't get to communicate properly on what the Rogue did and didn't have. So after 3 hrs it was late and we had to feed our kids and tried to leave, so [redacted] comes up to us and starts to tell us he had to pull some strings to gets us first and that another customer was pushed aside for us. My wife was hungry and wanted to get this over with so I left to feed my son. With his high pressure tactics on taken the car right then and there we wound up buying a 31,000 sticker price which is a suggested price not the actual price we bought this car for 39,000. Yes not only is the car not worth 31,000 but we were inexperienced at buying a car, and now we are stuck paying 12,000 dollars more then the car is worth. P.S we gave them a 5,000 down payment for a lease because [redacted] told us that was the only way to get the 573 a month payment originally offered down.Desired Settlement: Would like my down payment returned 5,000 and would like the 408 payment original agreed to before my wife was pressured to sign for a 450 monthly payment reinstated

To whom it may concern:

The factory M.S.R.P. is $31,350 on the new 2014 Nissan Rogue bearing vin# [redacted]

We sold the vehicle based on $31,432.47 selling price. With a $5,450 down payment the lease payments came out to $408.00 x 39 months allowing 12,000 miles a year including taxes, MV, DOC.

The residual value is $17,242.50 if the customer decides to purchase at the end of the lease.

Mrs. [redacted] then went into the leasing department and decided to purchase additional protection for her new leased vehicle without her husband being present.

The items that Mrs. [redacted] purchased are listed below:

1. Pro 200 alarm system a value of $398.00 increasing the payment approximately $11.00 a month.

2. IBEX interior protection a value of $495.00 increasing the payment approximately $13.00 a month.

3. Dent repair contract a value of $675.00 increasing the payment approximately $18.00 a month.

By adding these 3 items the lease payment increased from $408.00 a month to $450.00 a month.

This was a simple consensual transaction and don’t understand where we mislead or are charging the customer $39,000.00 for a $31,432.47 vehicle?

We have tried numerous times to contact Mrs. [redacted] to have her alarm installed, but she never returned our calls.

We also received a bad Yelp review and a bad Factory survey stating that we mislead this customer.

I have offered this customer a chance to visit with me to discuss the details of this transaction, but have not heard back from them.
