Dear [redacted] ***, There are several homes in this community where buyers contracted The Cutler Group to remove their stucco and install sidingBuyers that have had repairs to their homes are now calling and want this replacement of stucco to siding at no charge It is our contention that the stucco repairs were done properly and the home does not have any water infiltration In the event that the buyer would like to contract our firm to do this stucco to siding work we would be more than happy to come out to the buyer's home and give them a below market price to perform this workOur price would include a "good will factor" since the buyer had originally purchased the home from our company Thank you for your consideration in advance The Cutler Group, Inc
