Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the business. This customer rented the home and after they moved out the business had to use the security deposit to cover the extensive damage left in the home. The customer owes the business additional fund due to the damage.

Review: We rented a house from this rental company for 2 years, paid rent on time every single month. We moved out of the premises at the end of out 2 year lease. We did considerable cleaning and repairs to the home. I do agree that there were some repairs that needed to be made. We initially paid two months which equalled to over $1400.00. The lease agreement is that we will be refunded our security deposit with deductions from repairs that were outside of the reasonable wear and tear. They didn't refund our deposit at all, nor did they notify us within the 45 days that they state on their lease agreement. They claim that all of the repairs were more than our deposit and that they were all outside of reasonable wear and tear. We lived in that house for two year and they never came to replace or maintenance anything. So most of the damage was just reasonable wear and tear with a couple of repairs, but not $1400.00 worth of repairs. I have hear horror stories from previous tenants in regards to this rental company doing this to numerous people. Please HelpDesired Settlement: I desire to have most of my deposit refunded back to me.
