My issue is that I didn't see the directions informing me that I needed to respond within days I would like to see how the express verbiage Once this is made clear, I will then decide how to proceed

The response said that they refunded "all orders." Not true There has been NO REFUND for the TWO Decemer 11th charges which were $each for a total of $399.80--an outrageous sum The only refund I received was $for a package I received on 12-29-& which I returned I never received a shipment from 12-11-& the whole complaint centers on the 12-11-outrageous & price-gouging chargesTheir response is unsatisfactory

We have two different orders on file, one for Lithium Orotate as mentioned here and also one for Advanced Brain Power.These are trial offers in which only shipping is paid at the time of the order, then if the customer chooses to keep the product, they are charged for it in daysAll products
offer a day refund policy from the date of the original order as long as the unused portion is shipped back to us.We explain in detail how this works on the order form before the order is finalized and prior to any charges are processedI've attached an image from the Lithium Orotate page as an example.Auto-ship for both products have been disabled and I have just processed a refund for both products, not including the original shipping and handling fee

We have spoken to Ms. [redacted] numerous times on the phone trying to resolve her issues. She placed Trial orders for two different products. She placed a duplicate order for one of the products. Apparently she wasn't aware of this. These were trial offers and it was explained to her before...

purchasing that if the product didn't work for her, she needed to contact us within 30 days to cancel if she didn't want to be charged for the products. We explain how the trial program works in detail on the order page in hopes of avoided confusion such as this.We have canceled and refunded all of her orders.

This customer placed her order on 1/24/15.  This was a trial order, with only $9.95 shipping and handling paid on the day of the order.  It was explained while ordering that if she wasn't happy with the product, she simply needed to contact us within 30 days of placing her order...

and there would be no further charges to her card.She contacted us 4 days after the 30 day period, so the charge had already been processed.  We removed her from auto-ship at that time.  It was requested that she return the unused portion to us and we would process a refund of $79.90.  We never received the shipment back from her.Even though we have not received the returned order, we have processed a refund of $79.90 today - 4/16/15.Thank you,[redacted]Green Valley Natural Solutions
