Nelson *** with RX Realty Absolutely worst experience ever - avoid at all costs (landlords and tenants) DAYS inquiring on a single property that I was interested in renting days later, he finally said he would email an application days after that, finally had to call him to ask again for a rental application - and he was rude, evasive, unprofessional and defensive The landlord has had the house on the market for many months (not surprising) I am a serious tenant, credit score almost 800, job pays at least times monthly rent and was ready to sign a lease Rather than be professional, ethical, pro-active and work hard for both the homeowner and tenant, he blew the entire deal by being lazy, self-serving and negligent from start to finish Anybody that is SERIOUS about renting a home, from homeowner through to tenant - do yourself a favor and avoid this individual
