Review: I purchased an awning for my patio and the frame paint is peeling off. I contacted the [redacted] , [redacted] , three years ago (2012)when he picked up my awning after the end of summer to have it cleaned at my cost. He tried painting it but informed me that the area was too big for him to patch it and he would be back. [redacted] came back and returned with the awning in June 2013 and again told me that he would come back to fix the peeling paint. On June 2014 I again calling him and sometime in July 2014 he came back and took pictures and told me that he would contact the manufacturer and call me back. I have not received a call back. I have called too many times to count always leaving messages, left him a message on his business e mail and no answer. I need help in getting him to correct this problem. Thanking you in advance. [redacted].Desired Settlement: I would just like for my owning frame to be fixed. I love the awning and would like to keep it for many years to come.
