Review: Regarding the bill from Hudson Valley Hospital (account [redacted]), first there is a charge form FOUR YEARS ago on here I mean really. In the past 2 year I filed for bankruptcy, which all medical bill were discharged, and no where on my credit report was this charge. Second the remaining charges are from over a YEAR ago and they tried to file with [redacted], which I do not have, and on the paper work it clearly states [redacted]. The issue with the bill from last year by Federal Law all bill MUST be submitted within 90 days of service if the provider wants to be paid. After 90 days the [redacted] and I are no longer responsible for the bill. I am NOT pay a bill due to their administrate delay and miss filing in time for proper payment. Had they submitted the bill in the required time they would have been paid by the **.Desired Settlement: Discharge all payments becuase of there lack of timly submission to the ** and trying to collect on a bill that is over FOUR YERAS old. This is the FIRST time I am receiving any billing regarding this action and by law had 90 days to submit it to the ** for payment and NOT pass it onto me due to there miss admin errors.
