call center handles many calls and can be reached at ###-###-####. Due to the blizzard which blanketed the Mid-Hudson Valley our offices were closed on 3/** and on 3/** the office had a delayed opening. During this timeframe our call center had a message stating that our offices were closed due to inclement weather. There was no one on site to answer phone calls. A review of telephone call logs indicate no call from the phone number on the patient file.The other phone number that the patient states she called does not belong to Hudson Valley Radiologists and when we called the number ourselves we received a message stating the number is disconnected.We have reached out and called the patient several times and have left multiple messages stating that we will be happy to help resolve this issue. To date, we have not received a call back.
