At this time, I have been contacted directly by Hudson View Garage regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
 
 Hudson View Garage has NOT contacted me, however, I did call the garage again to speak with Manager.  Manager was...

unwilling to provide contact information for the management company responsible for the garage.  Payment has been promised for receipt by 2/*/16 and is still pending.

Review: Parking garage caused damage to 2015 Porsche Macan on Thursday June 18. Incident report form was promptly filled out while at location and provided to manager. Estimate for repair was provided and acknowledged along with pictures documenting the damage; repairs were undertaken by customer. Garage has not provided refund for repair services undertaken ($644.25 including tax) since June while weekly promising funds would be sent.Desired Settlement: Payment of the cost of the repairs undertaken in the amount of $644.25
