*** *** purchased a year long subscription that we are offering this seasonHe contacted us recently after his 3rd shipment of the year complaining about the quality of the cardsWe have made an offer that if *** *** returns the cards he has already received during his subscription

HelloI have attached all documentation on this member along with his contractI have included all notes as wellHe had reached out to the club several times regarding how to cancel his membership and was toldAlso regarding his annual feeHe was FULLY aware of the contract that he signed up for
I (*** the manager) spoke to *** myself on 8/24/and he ended the phone call with he will be in to pay $in pennies and cancel his membershipHe came into the club that evening and was very rude and threatened my assistant manager and he contacted me twice during the time he was thereWith the way *** was treating my staff I informed him to call the police to have him removed from the club since he was making such a scene and upsetting the staffI advised the assistant manager to cancel his membership right then to avoid him coming back into the club for any reasonHe is no longer welcomeHe unfairly treated us because he didn't nor did he want to follow the rules of his contract.We will NOT be giving any refunds to ***As it stands he is cancelled and not allowed in our locationIf he does come back the police will be contacted again. I appreciate ***'s, the manager, response and would have accepted it because I am aware ***'s behavior on August caused upset and stressWorking often with irate people coming into my office, it is not easy, which is why I tried to get him out of the situation and we leftHowever, the fee that was left for us to pay was not member dues as it is so stated in your attached notes but instead we were told it was a late feeI apologize that my credit card information was stolen so I had to cancel it and wait for a new one to arrive and that we did not notify you immediatelyFor this reason I did not feel it necessary for us to have to pay this fee and we had been billed for months that we had not been using the facility after phone calls to this location stating *** wanted to cancel his accountThe note that was not documented from you was when he came in to the location after the first phone conversation in March to cancel and no one had him sign any paperworkSo by the time we visited in August we were quite frustratedOn that visit your associate was very rude and did nothing to deescalate the situation but rather escalated it further with his snarky comments and laughing at usI remained calm during this time and asked to speak to the owner to hopefully resolve this issueThat is also not noted in your comments and I have yet to hear from him or herLastly, I am frustrated that being the paying party, the associate at the time was not willing to work with me and that no one had ever noted that the credit card being billed was not under the same name as the memberI do admit there were errors on both ends, ours as well as yoursI wish that you could acknowledge this, work on training your staff better, and learn from this experienceIdeally, I would like some compensation for the time we were charged after having asked to cancel and for the time we have wasted on this but unfortunately I know this is unlikely to happen
