Very nasty delivery people Raising voice at me and rolling eyes because I would not accept a damaged $dining table Very unprofessional would never do business with them again

After a sale woman at Sanford store texted my wife with pictures of dinning table, chairs and a kitchen island with a sale pricewe ordered it at the Daytona store with manager approval ! Then days later corporate office cancelled order saying sales person could not give us that price? What about manager approved it?And they will send my 50% deposit back in days? First off sales person send us priceSo I will get on my Disney web site and make sure to let everyone know how Huston treats their customers and managers at stores cannot give a accurate price until corporate decides days laterI will never buy anything at Hudson Furniture again and I spent over $12,in new furniture in last weeks Also Sanford OUTLET Store prices are higher then a regular Hudson store and we told them that and said it was a mistake, but weeks later still higher pricing at Sanford OUTLET store? Questionable pricing?

On 9/22/11, I purchased a bonded leather reclining sofa and loveseat from this store.The salesman assured me this type of leather was more durable than regular leather and the furniture would last for years to come, which was important to me because I was planning to retire The label on the furniture describes bonded leather as "both material and seam testing exceed industry standards." It also says it's "the strongest, most durable alternative to traditional leather."
I took out the year protection plan, which apparently isn't worth the price of the paper it's printed on At this point, the leather is chafing away and I'm told this damage isn't coveredI was referred to possible repair shops and no one will even attempt to repair bonded leather
I have NEVER had furniture that showed signs of wear to this extentBoth pieces of furniture need to be replaced because it's embarrassing to have such shoddy furniture in my homeI've done everything I can to resolve the problem to no availI've met personally with Kent B***, GM of the Orlando store and contacted g Hudson's Furniture customer service on multiple occasions to reach a mutually agreeable solution
Apparently Hudson's realizes that this was a defective or substandard product since they no longer will carry it

They put cheap, low quality furniture in a fancy showroom and charge outrageous prices They sell accidental warranties that don't cover what they are supposed to cover and they do not stand behind their customer or the products they sell Their customer service is terrible Awful company, please do not spend your hard earned money here

I had a good experience buying furniture at Hudson furnitureI got the furniture repair plan and I had to file a couple of claims and they were very good repairing and even replacing piecesI would buy again there
