Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint Again, the insolent business refuses to address and resolve their shortcomingsThey did NOT try to schedule a follow up appointment when the first one failed to do the job correctlyThe warranty company transferred the call due to MY request, not SAP's request since this company's quality was subparThis is a terrible company and given they refuse to rectify their internal issues the Revdex.com should downgrade their rating ASAP Regards,

This complaint will never be resolved and needs to be closed out.. The customer's issue was resolved by another company at this point. We have tried our best to schedule him but his disrespectful behavior and vulgar language was inappropriate towards us. We do our best to resolve all issues but at this point, we have to stop acknowledging this customer as whatever is said and done will not be satisfying to this customer. We are no longer involved in his stoppage as the warranty company which he has a contract with transfered it to another company to service. Any more issues he has, he needs to address to the warranty company that holds his policy. They are aware of how he has treated us and is the reason why they transfered his call to another service company.We would like to request that BBB stop acknowledging the allegations made by this homeowner as he will not stop this vendetta he has against us.

On 4/17/2015 technician responded to customer *** * *** *** at *** *** *** *** *** ** ***Upon inspection, the technician observed a mainline stoppage that was affecting the back part of the home including the Master Bathroom. The toilet needed to be pulled to
clear the stoppage, and reset with a new wax ring. *** *** *** denied coverage. The customer was given a quote for labor/repair, $COD, which the customer accepted. . On 4/17/the Toilet was pulled, stoppage cleared, new wax ring installed and toilet reset. Job was complete. The $in dispute, is the Homeowner's deductible(service fee)which the warranty company,( *** *** ***) requires us to collect. If the service fee is not collected, we are required to bill *** *** *** directly. The service fee is a standard fee, regardless if the item is covered or not. The Homeowner's should beware of her agreement/policy with her Home Warranty Company(*** *** ***) as they signed the contract with them. The $reflects the cost of repair/labor incurred by S.A.P. Home Repair Services.The $is the Service Fee, required whether work is preformed or not, by the Home Warranty Company. These fees are not directly correlated. We originally serviced this customer on 3/12/We were running late that day due to unexpected issues with our other jobs and had advised the customer of thisHe proceeded to complain to *** *** *** stating that we promised to service but never showed upWe completed the job on the
same day as promised, although we were lateHe then filed another claim stating that the stoppage which we did clear on 3/was never addressed and that we should have done a better jobWe tried to explain to the customer that we guarantee all of our work unless it is a stoppage issueWe cannot guarantee that homeowner will not have another stoppage, no one guarantees stoppages on any callsHe refused to schedule an appointment for Monday which was the soonest we had and proceeded to threaten us with lawsuits and to file complaints every where on the internet.We tried to service him but he refused the schedule, so we had no option but to have the warranty company transfer the call to another companyCustomer was verbally abusive to management and staff
