After a single ride in [redacted] quoted online at $**, my credit card has been charged a total of five times, for $*** Ride was reserved online via company website on [redacted] A single ride was successfully completed by shuttle company on [redacted] Company then charged my credit card at total of five times I have submitted a request for refund via contact form on the company website and five phone calls I successfully spoke to one person and one erroneous charge was refunded on ***, but three additional charges are still unaccounted for I have left four additional messages at the business, with no calls back I plan to now contest the charges in writing with my credit card company

On *** I had arranged for my daughter to be transported from the airport in *** to *** using this shuttle service She had reservations with *** which was having major scheduling issues at the time Upon her arrival for her departure from *** she was rescheduled by the airline to arrive later into *** When we got this information at approximately 9:AM I contacted the shuttle service to arrange for her to have a later pickup time at the airportI requested 3:PM departure time and was told by *** that this shuttle was full but there was space available on the 5:shuttle When the request was repeated he told us that he would attempt to find space and get back with us After waiting about hours with no return call received we called them again At this time we were told by *** that another person was working on the scheduling and he apologized for not returning the call and

KCI Roadrunner charged my mothers credit card for things that she did not authorize
In *** my mother used her credit card to authorize a pick up from the *** airport and drop off a family member in ***We used this service because of a death in the familySubsequently after the charge other charges were charged to her credit card including the rental of a party busFor $***We've tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone in the billing department at KCI Roadrunner but are told they are out to lunch or some other flimsy excuseWe've had to have a new credit card issued because of this as well as the the time she and we have spent following up with this has been ridiculous

After already having poor service with this company, we have now been charged again for a service provided on ***
On *** we received a second charge to a government travel card for transportation services provided to us on ***We already received a charge on *** for the original transportation to ***, which was paid in fullWe are military, currently overseas on orders since ***, so there was no way we used this company in the month of ***I have attempted to contact the KCI Roadrunner company to receive a refund, but am unable to get any reply or anyone to answer the phoneAfter reading reviews, I see that we are not the only customers this has happened toRight now, we just want a refund to the government travel card that was charged on ***

This is the absolute most awful company I have ever interacted withIt leaves me speechless to think that they are still in operation
They did NOT pick me up at the airport after I paid for their servicesThey were impossible to get a hold of and they did not care that they had not picked me upI was stranded and ended up having to rent a car to get home that night (hour drive from MCI) and having a family member follow me back to return the car the next day after I finished my commitments
Not only did they NOT show up at the airport after I paid for their services, but they repeatedly keep charging our credit card to this very dayAt this time they have charged our credit card $***I'm not sure if they are incompetent or criminal at this point
Either wayDO NOT EVERY USE THIS SERVICESave yourself the time, energy, money, and headache of fighting to get your money back
