HelloI have attached all documentation on this member along with his contract. I have included all notes as well. He had reached out to the club several times regarding how to cancel his membership and was told. Also regarding his annual fee. He was FULLY aware of the contract that he signed up for....

I ([redacted] the manager) spoke to [redacted] myself on 8/24/17 and he ended the phone call with he will be in to pay $29.99 in pennies and cancel his membership. He came into the club that evening and was very rude and threatened my assistant manager and he contacted me twice during the time he was there. With the way [redacted] was treating my staff I informed him to call the police to have him removed from the club since he was making such a scene and upsetting the staff. I advised the assistant manager to cancel his membership right then to avoid him coming back into the club for any reason. He is no longer welcome. He unfairly treated us because he didn't nor did he want to follow the rules of his contract.We will NOT be giving any refunds to [redacted]. As it stands he is cancelled and not allowed in our location. If he does come back the police will be contacted again. Thank you[redacted]

Strat-O-Matic was called after their response. They agreed to issue a refund to my credit card in the amount of $26.89 which I have received. I would like to withdraw my complaint against this business. Sincerely, [redacted]

I have sent an an e-mail message to Strat-o-Matic on Aug **, and have not received a message back. This is the message I have sent:Thank you for responding to my inquiry.I was not able to load Windows 10, as it did not give me a product code. It also gave me errors when the codes were correct.Putting back Windows 7 did not send all of my codes. They are:[redacted]I would like to put the game into Windows 10, but my new hard drive has failed twice, and I need to sort this out.[redacted] The message from the company is as:Unfortunately we were unable to access whatever attachments [redacted] sent over. We requested that he just type in these codes in question and send them over via email so that we can check them out on our servers and reset them if necessary.
