informed of what batteries we were using and were approved by him. H e was informed of the fact that we did not find what was draining the batteries and was only charged for the time it took to do the testing. The customer was also told that we would not be able to fix the jack and that we would get it retracted so that the alarm would not go off. He was charged only for that service. After the customer picked up the motor home, he called me to come to his house to see why the air ride system quit working. We found that it was the pressure switch, which he had replaced himself. He was not charged for the service call even though the problem had nothing to do with any work we had performed.

We will not offer any settlement in this matter and the customer should pay us $100.00 for the service call.

He is a liar and a cheat. No offer will be accepted. He will be sued in small claims court. The air ride pressure switched work when it was at his joke of a repair shop! He is nothing but a two face lair!

Review: I left an engagement ring and wedding band set at Hudson's Jewelers on June 8, 2015 to be sold on my behalf. I was asked what price I wanted for the ring set and told the store would mark the rings up beyond that in order to make a percentage of the sale. I was never contacted after that point. When I was preparing to move to another state, I went in to the store on April 1, 2016 to retrieve my rings because I thought they hadn't been sold yet if I had not been contacted by the store. I was told they were sold, but not given information on how long ago the sale had occurred. The employee working told me to call back to speak to the owner during the week in order to collect the money due to me. I called twice the week of 4/11/16. I also called 4/19, 4/21, and 4/25. Each time, I left messages with the employees working requesting a call from the owner. On the 4/25 call, I was told to call Wednesday to speak to the owner. I called 4/27, 5/2, and 5/3, each time requesting a return call from the owner. On 5/3, I was told the owner wouldn't be in all week and to try again Wednesday 5/11. I have never been contacted by anyone from the store.Desired Settlement: I would like to be contacted by the owner and I want reimbursed for the $800 I had stated as my minimum return for the sale.
