I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I feel like we were put on the back burner and I still feel this way. Our nightmare began in September 2014--- We had no roof during a freak rain storm and it caused pretty significant damage to the walls and ceilings of our home. In dealing with the company I felt like everything was at a snail pace and they charged an arm and a leg for things and something's were false! I feel when it comes to insurance claims people get taken advantage of and we are a product of that with this company. So During the demo of the house Huff moved our furniture and belongings in a storage container. Fast forward to December to move back in our mattress has significant mold growth on it from being stored against the wall of the container with no protection. I was told we would be refunded and to send photos and copies of my receipts(as it was $1700+) for the bed and it wasn't even a year old yet! This was the end of December.... We're now in Feb.2015 and still no end to this. After numerous calls and text to who I have been dealing with I have my husband call... And he gets the run around too, saying it takes MONTHS to get matters resolved because it has to go through so many departments and reviews.... Which I find hard to believe because I feel this has gone on FAR TOO LONG. He asks for a phone call by the end of the day to have some closure to this matter and here we are with no call and still no answer to getting this resolved. I wait another week and finally call the owner of the company and I get a call back saying we need another receipt saying the cost of the mattress because the way the cost was worded on the receipt as a "set". --- We are FED UP with this matter.Desired Settlement: I want what we paid for for our almost new mattress!
