As pertaining to customer's ring repair that was brought in to our store for sizingshe brought in ringsall of which we sized for herCustomer never said a word about any problems with her rings until aftershe left the store with themPlease note she has brought in numerous rings for sizing in
the past(estimate: 7-rings) and there has never been a problem with any of our workThere was no problemwith this particular ring which has a created purple star sapphire in the centerCustomer stated that thestar did not look as distinct or crisp as it did before and accused us of switching it, or doing something toitI explained that I did nothing to it different than I ever have in sizing rings over the past yearsIalso showed her every created star sapphire we had in our store and showed her that all of the stars arenot all exactly the same.As far as saying I tried to buy her ring, is not exactly correctWhat I said, and this was several yearsago, was I had a customer who would love this ring and if she ever wanted to let loose of it I'm sure thislady would love itI did not try to buy it from her when it was brought in this past August for sizingIhave been in the jewelry business for over years and have never been accused of anything like this.Customer has her original ring and stoneI can not give her something she already has as per herrequestShe has it.Gordon Huff, PresidentHuff's Fine Jewelry, IncANMain StreetP.OBox 155Fredericktown, Ohio
