First, let me assert that this situation was caused by the complete lack of communication on the part of Huffy's customer serviceAt no point, not when the appointment was made, not when we called earlier in the week to confirm our reservation, not on our numerous calls to Huffy’s Saturday morning, were we informed of a 9:00-11:windowThis is either another example of their poor communication and customer service or an outright lieHad we been informed of a window from the beginning or at any point through the maddeningly frustrating calls Saturday morning we would have understood the delayInstead, we were told repeatedly Huffy’s employees would be arriving but never didIf we had been told on our first phone call there was even a chance no Huffy employee would be coming we could have hired another company at that time instead of being given the runaround for three hours.Second, to claim we were hostile is a complete mischaracterization of our interactions with HuffyThis again is an example of their lack of communicationI have worked customer service for many years and would never have left a customer without their desired product or service without offering some kind of resolutionNone was offeredI completely understand disruptions and delays happenHad we not been given misinformation for hours on end we would not have been as frustratedIt is only due to Huffy’s complete lack of service we were frustrated in the first placeBy the time of our last phone call, despite being irate, I maintained my composure and was at no time anything but calmIncredibly frustrated, yes, but nothing close to hostile.Third, never did we ask for anyone’s personal informationWe did not even ask for the name of the customer service person who was the cause of our frustration Saturday morningWhat I did request, however, was to speak to a supervisor or manager but, being told they do not work weekends, requested one be called to help resolve the situation which Huffy’s causedAll I wanted was two Huffy employees to come help us move, as we had hired them to doAt that point the customer service person could not make that happenI needed to speak to someone who possibly couldIt was at that point I was told our only option was to cancel our service with Huffy’s.Fourth, let me again repeat a direct quote from Huffy’s customer service person“I thought they were coming.” This was told me on our final phone call to Huffy’sAfter repeated calls going to Huffy’s voicemail, which was full, someone finally answered the phoneThis occurred at 12:PM, almost three hours after when we believed Huffy’s employees were to arriveThis statement signaled that no one would be coming and Huffy’s would not be fulfilling the service we had hired them to doThroughout the morning, even through the many phone calls, we were under the assumption someone would be comingThis never happened and, as it turns out, Huffy’s could not even guarantee that it would.Lastly, my experience with Huffy’s, including reading their response to my complaint, tells me the company lacks both honestly and integrityFrom being told people were coming when they weren’t, to saying we were told there was a time window which we weren’t, to claiming we were threatening or asked for personal information which never happened, to claiming resolutions were offered when they weren’t, it is now clear to me Huffy’s Movers will intentionally mislead customers and then throw around outlandish accusations when those customers try to hold them accountableThe irony of accusing me of slander is apparently lost on the person who typed Huffy’s responseHow they have or maintain an A rating with the Revdex.com is confounding.I still maintain Huffy should pay for our entire moveI look forward to their response.Regards,*** ***

Our humbly apologies for your inconvenience, in the moving business things are subject to be flawed also there are plenty of resolutions to be had with Mr*** *** and *** weren't understandingUs at Huffy's Movers Incorporated have dealt with Moving Help as well as
their affiliate company UHaul for many years and if a crew is behind we know that it is an expedited subject when dealing with cancelation, reimbursements and turn around.We did speak with Mrs*** and told her that we generally work in windows, (hers being - 11) also notifying her that we were crew short and to be patientBy 12pm with a crew in route also understanding her and mostly Mr*** frustration we notify them of how Moving Help works and let them know they can cancel being completely reimburse and Moving Help would send a crew within that hour, they didn't want to wait and continued with hostilityWe believe that our integrity and honesty should never be compromisedWe do what we can and we are upfront about all things that are possibleDo you think demanding personal information, making outlandish threats and ending in complete slander is appropriate?
