To whom it may concern, Attached are the emails between myself and former insured *** ***. 1. I was contacted by email on 10/at 10:am to cancel her auto and renters insurance2. I responded within minutes providing a cancel notice and instructions3.
The insured returned the signed cancellation back to me4. I received her email dated October 11, 9:41pm because I did not respond to her email from the prior day5. I responded October 8:44am with my response6. I followed up on 10/with my final responseWe did not speak by phone for the request to cancel. The whole transaction was done by email. Because I did not respond to her on Monday 10/she decides to make a baseless complaint. I look forward to hearing back from the Revdex.com with a positive response. I am rejecting this response because:The agent did send confirmation of my auto policy but not my renters insurance Each policy were with different companies amd not linked together I still have no confirmation of my renters policy being cancelled I would like confirmation as the premium is set up on auto debit and I do not want to be charged this month for it Thank you!

Response to letter from Revdex.com dated 10/18/2016. As indicated in the third attachment previously sent. The auto and renters insurance was cancelled as requested on October 15th 2018.
