Hello HUGE,
I would really like you guys to know how significant your technicians and your dispatcher are to your business. My furnace wasn’t working on Monday during that cold spell when the high only made it to 11 degrees. I didn’t find out until after work around 4:30 or so. I called your office really expecting to get a response or a recording letting me know how busy you were and to leave a message. So, I was on edge to start even before one ring.
My call was picked up by the second ring. I let you know what was wrong and fully expected to be put on a wait list until the next day. Not the case. They said that they would schedule a service as soon as a technician was free, probably within an hour. I asked about payment and the dispatcher seemed more concerned with getting heat to my house then getting paid. By now I am calm and confident that I called the right people.
Within an hour Alex was at my house and inspecting the furnace. He found the problem and got the furnace running within another hour. He was really polite and seemed happy that he was able to help. Not a single comment or bad attitude about working late that day. I am inspired by his attitude and hope that I can be like that when the job requires me to do a little extra.
Thank you again to everyone at HUGE. I couldn’t be more impressed. Please congratulate everyone there. You truly have a class operation and will do my best to refer you whenever the opportunity comes up.

hello, technician neal came out on 2 occasions to svs vision and was very efficient, friendly and professional. He explained our thermostat settings and told us how to use it properly use
the thermostat, should we need to change the temperature (as cleveland weather can be temperamental). He completed the installation of our new thermostat in a timely manner and
was easy to talk to. He is an asset to your company. thank you again.

I have used Huge Heating for many 25 years and have never had a problem with their service. All service persons were reliable and on time. I would use Huge again in the future and would recommend to friends.

About 3 years ago my furnace was out in the middle of the winter. I called to get the furnace "repaired" after 30 minutes of the tech assessing the situation he said he wasn't sure. After about 2 hours or so he said we needed a new furnace, it would be around 3k. I told him I only wanted a repair and he should have known within a half hour. I pretty much had to kick him out of my house, I ended up paying him about $200 for no help. I called Sal's the next day and he admitted the furnace was run down but got it running for less the $300. I would never use Huge again. Sal's later sold my a brand new furnace installed for $1500.

I have always worked with Huge Heating & Cooling Co.(for as long as we have been in our home..about 40 yrs.!)
Two years ago I needed a new furnace and chose to use another company.
Now I am back with Huge Heating & Cooling Co. Their service is outstanding.
I missed not having a yearly check up with the professionalism they always used.
I could always depend on their service and reliability. Professional, complete and polite is a real plus.

Huge handled the heating and cooling system at our last residence so we used them to handle the same at our new residence. They are extremely professional and have done a great job. I would recommend them to everyone.

Huge installed my furnace, AC and hot water tank and have done regular maintenance checks. The technicians have always been very knowledgeable and personable, and have been very patient in answering questions. The office staff (Nicole) has also been responsive and helpful. I will continue to use Huge for my HVAC maintenance.
