Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Hugh Chrysler Engineering Co, LLC regarding complaint ID [redacted] .I have tried numerous times to resolve, but Hugh continued to tell me that I owed him $balance from past invoice, even after showing him Proof that he had WAVED the plumber's fee, as per agreement, if I was to pay in full all outstanding balances to date and bring him a check for 10K to start the other project, dated August *** Since then he had dragged things along, that he was supposed to start and never did, stating that Soil around tank needed to be removed, but this was his responsibility Even after I had gotten a different company to REMOVE Soil, he was supposed to submit paperwork to the state and wait days, only to find out days that this had not been done After submitting paperwork to the State, and past the day mark, there is still no movement forward on Job Hugh States that until I pay the Balance of $from Prior Job, (Now this had been settled already .?), he will not move forward I was flabbergasted, he brings this up Months after and I had already paid him 50% (10K) to start August 2016, only to still be with no movement and now in this predicament See attached CONTRACTS and Payment Details attachedSincerely, [redacted] ***

WAVED the plumber's fee, as per agreement, if I was to pay in full all outstanding balances to date and bring him a check for 10K to start the other project, dated August [redacted].  Since then he had dragged things along, that he was supposed to start and never did, stating that Soil around tank needed to be removed, but this was his responsibility.  Even after I had gotten a different company to REMOVE Soil, he was supposed to submit paperwork to the state and wait 30 days, only to find out 45 days that this had not been done.  After submitting paperwork to the State, and past the 30 day mark, there is still no movement forward on Job.  Hugh States that until I pay the Balance of $1500 from Prior Job, (Now this had been settled already….?), he will not move forward.  I was flabbergasted, he brings this up 6 Months after and I had already paid him 50% (10K) to start August 2016, only to still be with no movement and now in this predicament.   See attached CONTRACTS and Payment Details attached.
