The sun roof on my toyota 4-Runner SRGot stuckI took it to Evans Toyota for RepairsThe Maintenance Depaertment worker told me that the will need at least two to three hours to thoroughly diagnose the problemThey kept my vehicle for three hours and called and left this diagnosis on my voice mail which I have kept for anyone interested in hearing itThat the track, cable and sunshade broken, will need to be replace the track, cabling, two garnishes and the sunshadeThat it will take four hours to do the job and that it will cost $2,+ taxAnd that they were not able to close the roof I took the vehicle to the Twin Brothers Auto Glass & Window Tainting located on Decatur Raod for a second opinionOne of the technicians took my vehicle took the vehicle and in half an hour got it in perfect working condition with no new parts and charged me only $for labor I took the Twin brothers receipt, the Evans Toyota work invoice and the voice mail and asked to talk to the ownerWhen the owner found out what I was going to discuss he declined to talk to me and instead suggested I talk to his human relations personnel and the service department directorThe service director was irriteted at me and tried to tell me that the work that was done by the Twin brother may not be properly done and that I may have problems with it down the roadBur since it appears that they did not the diagnosis correctly Evens Toyota will return the $they charged me for the diagnosisThis happened on Tuesday August It I am filing this reprot on August and still have not received my $and frankly judging by the way they treated me, I do not expect to receive it
IMy husband and I have been patients of Dr, *** for years We are are first name basis If I could give *** a star review I would *** is the best Dentist I have have been to in my years I highly recommend for dental implants or another dental pronlems you may have is *** He stand bebind hie work at all times I am so happy with his work, I recommend him to my nieghbor across the sreet and *** put upper and lower impants in him and he is so pleased with his work I love *** to death as a very wonderful caring and and thoughtful person I high recommend *** for all dental work *** ***
I've been going there for several years now. He is honest. There were problems with my teeth. If there is a problem with your teeth, be prepared to hear the truth. In my case a problem didn't have to be fixed right away, and he told me so. No high pressure sales to push unnecessary procedures. Very helpful by giving me the necessary information allowing ME to decide what was in MY best interests. I even suggested a new treatement to the dental hygienist that I read about on the internet. They checked into it and on my next visit they had it for me! Awesome! Thanks Dr. [redacted]!

When the owner found out what I was going to discuss he declined to talk to me and instead suggested I talk to his human relations personnel and the service department director. The service director was irriteted at me and tried to tell me that the work that was done by the Twin brother may not be properly done and that I may have problems with it down the road. Bur since it appears that they did not the diagnosis correctly Evens Toyota will return the $85 they charged me for the diagnosis. This happened on Tuesday August 5. It I am filing this reprot on August 18 and still have not received my $85 and frankly judging by the way they treated me, I do not expect to receive it.
