When we found ourselves needing the work of another HVAC company re-done, Dan and his son stepped in and identified the areas that needed to be fixed and corrected them immediatelyThey did it cheerfully and properly It was truly a relief after three years not knowing why our expensive system wasn't functioning well
Most recently, we discovered a massive "flood" in our attics from a freeze and thaw situation that was truly an emergency We emailed Dan on a Sunday night and he was there Monday morning to assess and do the critical work The restoration team advised that all of our flooded pipes needed to be replaced so Dan returned the same week after adjusting his schedule to accommodate our recovery schedule Dan didn't just replace those pipes, he added new measures to safeguard our venting and shorten the amount of pipe needed He noticed missing housing on our bathroom fans and customized poly bots to fit He recognized that the dryer vent on the roof was incorrect and blocked so he replaced that jack too The most important part of this experience is that Dan helped us when no one else would have and the insurance company denied us coverage He worked extremely hard for us in a miserably small frozen space but still reduced his price to help us during this financial disaster
Dan is a kind and generous man with tremendous skills that my husband, a former licensed contractor, respects and appreciates I feel that he gave me great comfort in a very uncomfortable situation That is special quality in a human being and skilled professional
