January 11, 2015 to us about this problem. She states in her email that she refused one piece on the first shipment and accepted damaged pieces on the second shipment in February 2014. When she contacted us on January 15, 2015 she was eleven months into using the damaged pieces, which is within the one year warranty of a manufacturing defect. (this may have been a freight issue claim in the beginning). But in this case according to the pictures the pieces of furniture had torned fabric issues, these issues would only get worse by using them without fixing them. If we were to give a refund to Mrs. [redacted] she would only get the wholesale dollar amount for them. I have advised her of this and she was not receptive of the dollar amount. I feel Hughes Furniture has done all we can do to help this consumer with her problem, and at this time cannot offer anything more for her.
Please advise if you need the copies of Mrs. [redacted]'s emails sent to file in her claim file?

I was never offered any sort of refund if I had been I would gladly excepted it we cannot even use this piece of furniture. I have had no response from you since you asked for photos
