Called during a heat wave for a broken air conditioner I was able to get someone out the same day at the time that they committed toTerry (owner) came out listened to what the problem was, evaluated the unit and fixed it very quick I appreciate that he did not go into the "your whole system needs to be replaced" sales pitch In my opinion I have found someone that is honest and competent that I plan to use going forward
