First off we would like to apologize for any inconvenience that we may have causedAt Hughes we strongly believe in our core value of "fueling the needs in our community" and we did not reach that goal fully in this scenario
When
we received the Revdex.com letter we directly checked our station located at 91st and 37ave and although it is advertised that to receive a $discount a minimum of liters of fuel must be purchased, when this option was selected with our pay at the pump function the discount was not appliedWe do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused the customer and we will be directly contacting him to resolve the issue
We immediately got in touch with our software developer who installed the programing at our pumps and we are working diligently to make sure this does not happen againIn the mean time we have put up signs at our pumps asking customers to purchase their carwashes inside the station as we do not wish to have this happen to another customer and will re-open the pay at the pump option for the touch-less carwash once we have resolved the issue
As we do understand this has caused an inconvenience to our customer we hope that our quick response and action shows that the matter at hand is important to us and we will strive to make sure it does not happen again
