Thanks for taking time to speak with me today in reference to the above complaint I understand Mr [redacted] concerns with his unit Hughes Supply always stands behind our units and contractors that we serve However, after tracing the model and serial number information provided it is clear that Hughes Supply did not sell this unit to the contractor in question My advice would be to contact Rheem Manufacturing in order to reach the correct distributor Thanks [redacted] ***HUGHES SUPPLY
