Review: I purchased the "VIP" training, where I was suppose to receive I believed more involved care as I do have mental health issues, which were stated from the beginning before training started. He also asked me to resubmit paperwork, as he has lost or deleted the email. Most of the time I was unable to reach Mr. Hughes via phone or email, or it took days to get a response. Scheduling was also a problem I could never schedule my training times a week in advance, they were always just scheduled a few days in advance. Whereas other more favored clients had set times, these clients were also wealthier and I believe treated better. Also I was asked to always bring cash, $150 cash per session, I never received a receipt. My only record was that I checked into the gym. I feel like I was ripped off, I have no idea why this was considered "VIP" there was no special treatment or care at all, just a typical trainer who occasionally answered an email. Don't be fooled by this advertisement of "VIP" it only means that he wants extremely wealthy clients or celebrities or sociallites that can afford these outrageous prices. I believe I was treated less than average because I only agreed to meet once a week, where he wanted more visits for more money, so my schedule was always on the back burner and fit in whenever convenient for him at the last minute. At the time I had clinical depression and could barely make it to the once a week session, then I was treated so poorly on top of that because I was just an average woman, 30 pounds overweight. If you aren't a social elite, celebrity or wealthy businessman don't expect any special service. I even traveled into the city, paid for tolls and parking for this so called "VIP" treatment where I would have been better off just going to a local gym and pay a quarter of the price and get better service. Don't waste your time or money! Even to this day I complained to him about the service and he refuses to answer any emails or phone calls so this is my only choice.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate half of each session reimbursed, & fully for 1 time when we did not work out but just talked he still took the $150 charge for just talking without any training whatsoever, I couldn't believe it how low can you be to rip someone off for just talking. I had 16 sessions at $150 per session. None of these had receipts accept 3 that I was allowed to pay via [redacted] because I didn't have cash on me. I would like at least half of all money spent reimbursed, as that would be fair.
