Review: I bought a $375 pair of shoes expecting the shoe to be of good quality and it just was not what I expected at all in fact it sucked! I contacted them and they got back to me a wile later asking me for information which I gave them and they never refunded me wahtDesired Settlement: I am just asking for a compensation on my shoe ill even take store credit!

Review: I purchased a Hugo Boss skirt back in June. It was an extremely expensive skirt and I found it for a great deal for 60% off. Normally I would not spend that kind of money but decided to splurge for my brothers wedding. I wore it one time and then sent it to the cleaners as I wanted to wear it to another party the following week. The skirt is accordion pleated and had a detail within the pleats. I knew that it would be difficult to clean so I brought it to the best cleaners in town and made sure they were comfortable with cleaning it. They called me back a couple of days later and said that they tried everything possible, followed the directions exactly, but all the pleats fell out the second they started working with the fabric. They said they have only had this problem once in the past five years and the company replaced the product. I have tried Everything in the last 5 months. Ive been on the phone back and forth with Hugo Boss and the cleaners and no one is helping. Each blames the other. I have used this cleaners on MANY occasions and never had a problem- they are being extrememly helpful but Hugo boss is just ignoring the whole issue. At the end of the day I am the only one suffering the loss of $225 and I am the innocent party. I have all contact info you may need, receipts etc. If you can help get this resolved that would be amazing.

Hugo Boss claims that its not damaged so then they can take it and do what they want with it. I have no use for it. I just want my money back. And they should give even more for the emotional and financial damage they caused. I had to run out and get something last minute that cost me a lot too! This whole ordeal has been one huge headache!!!

Review: I went to Hugo Boss store to look at suits on 7/**/15. The customer service by the employee is horrible there. I was racially profiled at the store. When having a discussion for the suit that I wanted and having to order it I was told that I would have to pay for it ahead of time, which I said "that is fine with me". After a few more conversations about size and see which one fits better, I was again told that I would have to pay for it now. My response for the second time was "thats ok, we can do that". I then asked about alteration questions that I had. During this whole time, I was not once asked if I want to try a similar suit out to see what it looks and fees like. After my wife insisting on trying out the suit, the gentleman gave me the trousers and the coat to try out. When trying the suit, I was not even asked if I wanted a shirt to wear. After trying out the suit, I asked the rep to order it for me. This is the third time I was told "but you will have to pay for it". After all this I still ordered the suit. I was told the suit would be at the store in couple of days but I did not receive any call from the store about the shipment arrival. I called the store on 7/**/15 asking if they had received the suit and the first thing the guy on the phone tells me is "we are really busy right now, so wont be able to check, and who sold it to you". To this I said, "I have the receipt in the hand and what information do you need from here. There is sales person number on the receipt it that would help". Once I gave him the sales person number, he asked me to hold. After a couple of minutes a second person came on the phone and the very first words are "Hello, which suit did you want to get altered". I told him "I want to know if you received my suit or not first". He said "he was really busy right now but if I can wait a few minutes he can check". I agreed to wait and he came back on the line in a few minutes to tell me that the suit got to the store on 7/**/15. No one from the store called me to let me know that it had arrived. I told him that I will be there to get it altered. I got a call from the same person on 7[redacted]/15 to tell me that the suit which arrived for me was "missing two buttons". I was again told that they will overnight the suit for me and should arrive in the next two days. Today is 7/**/15 and I still have not heard from the store about arrival of the suit.Desired Settlement: I want to know what Hugo Boss is going to do for me from them before I ask for a refund or file a lawsuit against them.

Review: I bought 2 pairs of shoes from Hugo Boss USA online, and noticed that on one pair the leather started to crack and get dry almost within 3 months (the other pair is doing fine). I contacted Hugo Boss and explained the issue, and they were prompt to send me a form which I filled out and sent back. As I now have moved to [redacted], [redacted] I referenced my current address on the form. Hugo Boss said that I should contact their centre in Hong Kong. So I did that and got no response, when I contacted them in the US (where I bought the shoes) they stopped replying to my emails. I have called them but there is no progress or acknowledgemnt of the issue or how to resolve this, which is terribly frustrating.Desired Settlement: I am willing to accept a refund or a replacement of the shoe, as the piece is clearly defective.

Review: I purchased a suit from Hugo Boss Columbus Circle location. The salesman, whose name is [redacted], told me that I could return the suit within 30 days and to come back any time if the alteration is not to my liking. He did not tell me that if I get the suit altered, I will not be able to return the suit. He said, "its fully retractable and they can add length or remove, just come back and we can do it for you." At the end right before I gave him my card to purchase the suit, I asked him what the return policy is. He told me it is 30 days as long as it looks as new just like I bought it. I came back into the store on 08/**/2014 in the morning at around 11 am to return the suit as the design was not to my liking, it looks too plain. However the manager told me that it has been altered and cannot be returned. I was dumbfounded, and even referred him to the receipt. The back of the receipt has no indication whatsoever of the word "altered". It specifically states that the item needs to be "saleable" in order for the return to be processed for a refund. He told me to come back when the salesman who sold it to me is there, 1 pm later that day. I came back at 1 pm and the woman at the counter told me that the salesman is not working today at all.

The whole situation seems like they are trying to direct me into confusion so that the 30 day deadline goes away and I can no longer return the suit. The salesman gave me a verbal agreement and furthermore the receipt states nowhere that if a suit has been "altered" that it cannot be returned. I would definitely not have agreed to it being altered if I had known that the return policy would be null and void. I suspect that the salesman hid this information from me in order to secure the sale with no danger of a return. (He may have done it so that he received a solid commission).Desired Settlement: I just want my money back. I am willing to return the suit in the brand new condition I bought it. I have not worn it more than once. My friends commented on it looking too plain, so I am looking to purchase somewhere else.

Review: I placed an order on Nov * and Debit was made on the day I recived which was Nov **. I Paid $1045.00 which was the Original price but now it is on Private sale. The item that I ordered is 731.99 now. So I called the Hugoboss customer service, At the first call, the lady said there is a policy for price adjustment " only vaild 7 days from I purchased" So I hung up. But I was curious it only been 5 business day debit from my bank so I chatted with [redacted] and she said 10days. I requested to adjust the price but she said she could not do on chat so call the customer service. So I called again. and the lady said It has been while so she could not adjust. Only the best way I can do is return the item with origianl purchased and get fully refund in 2 weeks, and order new one wih private sales price. I hung up and checked the online for the return pollicy and there was nothing related to the price adjustment. I only could find the refund policy which was I could return the item with free shipping and fully refund in 30DAYS. 30DAYs!!!! So I don't see why they can't not adjust the price for me. I feel like they just need my money for 2 weeks and don't have $313.01 in business account to refund to me? they are just giving me extra work such as print out return shipping label, ship it, reorder sale item, wait for shipment and wait fo money refund in 2weeks.Desired Settlement: $313.01

Review: I purchased 3 polos online one style 3 colors, I chose one color and send back the other two, I got the refund for one of them but not the other one! the reason for not processing the refund was that it was worn (Cologne odor), I have never worn the polo matter of fact not even the one I kept still is in my drawer! anyway I called and talked to their customer service supervisor [redacted], she kept telling me that's their policy!! I have shopped online from stores like [redacted], [redacted] , [redacted], [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] and return multiple items and never seen such a thing I even ironed a shirt and return it back to [redacted] after 2 months they still refunded me!Desired Settlement: Refund and apologies from Hugo boss for accusing me of what I haven't done which is wearing the polo shirt!

Thank you for allowing HUGO BOSS Fashion, INC. to respond to claim #[redacted] regarding the Online Store Return policy.

HUGO BOSS customer [redacted] shopped during our exclusive Private Sale shopping event and placed 3 separate orders on:

May [redacted] at 1:25 a.m. one polo shirt ordered

May [redacted] at 12:58 p.m. one polo shirt ordered

Following the receipt of his purchase and the trying on of the items he purchased, the client executed his right to make a return and sent 2 of the 3 polo shirts back to our return facility for processing. HUGO BOSS initiated a refund back to his original method of payment within 48 hours of receiving his merchandise for one of the polos. The credit would have been reflected on his statement within 3-5 business days depending on his bank's policies.

The second polo was returned back to the client because the item did not meet our Return Policy guidelines. The item was not in resaleable condition due to the heavy cologne smell. The smell of strong fragrance, perfume or smoke can be easily transferred to clothing when worn for brief periods of time such as after directly applying cologne. In these instances, the item is no longer like new with the lingering fragrance and cannot be resold to another client. In this particular situation, our processing team noted that the cologne smell was considerably noticeable even after several days in transit shipping to our facilities. Our Return Policy is available online at http[redacted]. As it is outlined in the HUGO BOSS Return Policy, all item(s) must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise in resalable condition with original tags attached from the HUGO BOSS Online Store. HUGO BOSS is unable to resell this particular polo shirt to a new client, therefore, we did not accept the return. We shipped the item back to the customer. Upon receipt of the item [redacted] became very tense in his conversation with our supervisors, unwilling to listen to our explanation and eventually hung up on the supervisor after stating he would be contacting the Revdex.com.

Please note that we are not accusing [redacted] of wearing the shirt and returning it. We did, however, acknowledge and document the strong cologne smell present on the item after several days in transit shipping to our facilities. HUGO BOSS reserves the right to enforce its return policy.

As a customer service gesture, we are refunding [redacted] for the cost of the item, $57.99 and any applicable taxes. He may keep the shirt for his future use. In the future we would recommend clients read through our return policy, be mindful of the transference of cologne and deodorant to clothing worn for brief periods of time and to kindly ask our service associates to escalate unaddressed concerns to management prior to seeking external mediation.
