I am rejecting this response because:I had reserved for 11-and showed up one extra ticket of family of three, The owner acted frausterated the whole time, getting my daughters Order wrong x then when she got the order it was thrown together and looked a mess on their plate , first one to order and last ones to get there order and eatWe payed for a flaymoun stk and loaded mash potatoes stk was very small and potatoes were good but it cost extra to put bacon bits onI plate and drinks cost us My opinion she needs to stay behind the small bar,and have 1-waitress on every night,She can't handle the tables she has in whole restaurant, She is up in age and can't handle itPlus she ave me the placemat menu to look atTime of reservingI will not eat or drink there again

I am a very small establishment and need as much advance notice as possible to accommodate large parties of 8 or more. Prices on my dinner menu range between $12.95- $29.95. Non-alcoholic beverages $3 and the alcoholic drinks range $5-$11. Her party slowly arrives and ended up with a total of 18 guest they were by 7 p.m. along with my other reservation whom no longer had a table. I quickly accommodated her guests as they were arriving at different time from the reservation time of 6:30. I had to give away my other reservations table to accommodate her party. My other guests were also arriving. I was forced to inconvenience my reservation of 8 because I was given the wrong number of guest. Patrons daughter seemed upset so I expressed my concern at the end of the party with her.
