To Whom It May Concern,
I am replying in regards to complaint number [redacted]. On 7/7/16 a gift certificate in the amount of $90.00 was purchased by Cindy. On 7/10/16 her daughter Jaime came in to use the Gift certificate to purchase a package at our Customer...
Appreciation sale. The staff member misunderstood some of the sale restrictions, and told Jaime that she could not use her Gift certificate that day by mistake. [redacted] did in fact contact corporate on 7/10- which was a Sunday and we have no office hours that day. On the voicemail we also received another message from 7:00 am that Monday morning. After listening to both voicemails Monday morning we contacted the staff member to find out what transpired. At 11:55 am on 7/11/16 we spoke with the client, explained what transpired, apologized and told her that the Gift certificate could be used and that we would honor the sale prices as well. At 12:47 Jaime (her daughter) came in and purchased 1 month unlimited level 2- plus 2 free weeks with her gift card. She also purchased a product as well, and we gave her an additional discount due to the misunderstanding. Jaime has used the package so far on 7/11, 7/12, 7/13, and 7/17, I believe this matter has been resolved to the clients satisfaction. Any questions or concerns, please contact me.
