In fact, Hugo's told me to call *** repair, who came out for the first time on Jan13,2015.Hugo's has been updated continually, and knows that the refrigerator is not working.

Mrs*** special ordered a *** Refrig *** on 10/10/paid *** 10/10/Hugo's delivered the Refrig on Tuesday 10/13/Hugo's driver said the unit wouldn't fit due to doorways and 2nd floor deliveryThey brought the unit back to the storeMrs*** came into the store Tuesday
10/13/to check sizes, compare and insisted on the refundHugo's credited her *** 10/13/16:10:EDT credit *** DoneHugo's sent man out to measure Mrs***'s stairway to see what would fit because it is a very tight doorway and stairwayOn Wednesday 10/14/Mrs*** agreed to order *** *** for on Thursday 10/15/Hugo's delivered *** to the 2nd floor *** *** *** ***On 10/17/Ms*** asked for a price adjustment on *** Hugo's credited her as a compromiseWe feel this is is a just and reasonable compensation for both partiestrips to her house refrig , one trip to measure and two credits

I brought in exact measurements when I ordered the first refrigerator and spoke to salesman named *** gave him inches clearance of doorway to kitchen assuring me it would fit the openingI purchased refrigeratorWhen the refrigerator arrived at my home the delivery people his workmen did not even attempt to bring up into home and said would not fit came up and measured againI told them *** had those exact measurements inches clearance when he sold it to meMy husband and I were followed to the door by *** who kept lowering the price until we purchasedThe store kept saying do not use manufacturer's guarantee they would fix refrigeratorI should’ve realized then they were a shady company*** asked one of his sons workmen if they would be in the somerville area they respond right up the street at a game, I believe so, he one man stopped at the house to check measurementsagainI paid this young man for stopping byThe gentlemen said no problem he was around the corner anyway in SomervilleThis was not for refrigerator but landing height and widthI wanted a wider refrigerator if possibleI was told *** was ordered before I agreed to purchase*** would not give me credit on *** until I purchased *** (shady sales practice tactics to Senior Citizens and aggressive tone of voice) it must of worked before for him to intimidate, not price mentioned until I wanted him to write up invoice and print upI had printed out from *** *** for same refrigerators copy sent to you indicates $at home with no delivery charges or removal charge, which Hugo’s chargesHe has said an inaccuracy about delivery two refrigerators to 2nd floor twice this is not correctAlso I asked if refrigerator was energy efficient and he said yes when purchased after delivery asked for energy rebate and he said not energy efficient.I would like an additional $credit and my manufacturer's warranty to mail ***
