Review: I got refered to Hugo's by lqk used auto parts.I needed a transmission for my 97 bonnieville I purchased a transmission from lqk they shipped it to Hugo's shop. I was told the price will be 350 to replace the transmission. When it was all said and done I paid 660.00 for labor. He claimed all my motor mounts were broke and I needed gaskets,transmission filter and fuilds. I was upset that I had to pay almost double the price I was told. I paid Hugo in full and got my car. At that time Hugo wrote on my repair order that I have 3 month warranty on all labor and a 6 month warranty with my transmission. 3 weeks after he replace my transmission my car started having the same issue shifting hard and misfiring. I took my car to a different shop and got a engine diagnostic the results were troubling. The code was p1870 I called Hugo and he was very nasty to me. He told me his work was done right and if I needed my car fixed it would be another 350 or so. I asked about my warranty and he laughed at me. I contacted lqk and they said they would put in a claim so I can get another transmission.I called Hugo several times but we can not get this handle please help me.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back so I can go somewhere else to get my transmission done. My kids have missed several days of school due to this matter
