me. Here is the resolution:Dear Mr**, I feel that there is a severe miscommunication regarding this balance. The standard of care after the type of periodontal treatments you have is always and forever going to be a periodontal maintenance cleaning. Most of the account balance is due to the amount of your yearly deductible. If you withdraw your complaint with the Revdex.com I will gladly cancel your collection issue and we will absorb the cost here. We will no longer see you as a patient but hope that you will continue to seek care for your gum disease. Let me know your decision and I will follow up accordingly on my end.
