I bought a used *** *** ***7,dieselBrought it to Reliable diesel for diagnosis to fix oil leak On My first visit I left the truck with them for 3-daysThey charged me : $ 1,for the first timeThey repaired the following: On their recommendation they informed the oil leak was from the HP Oil pumpThey also repaired rear axel leak with new rear seal and fluid Rear brakes replacedElectric door actuatorFuel filters and replaced oil with rotella 15-I told the to go ahead and perform the work When I picked the truck up on March I happily paid my $1,billWhen I drove the truck home the oil leak was back in the same location found on the concrete drivewayI called them and was told to bring it backAfter a few days later I picked it up again and paid another $which this included in repairing the other electric doors and was told the leak is fixed, and was told the the oil was residual from previous work performedThey also repaired all electric door locks on this crew cabWhen I got home again I parked and after a few moments the oil leak is seen at the same location I called and brought it backNow this is my third time their Now after days I called hem and asked what the status wasThey could not answer me and told me they would bet back At the end of the day they told me they traced the leak to the oil pan dip stick They were going to take another days and dollars more to try to fix the problemI told them do not I will pick it up in the morning I drove to another shop, *** *** and by the next day in their diagnosis they found another leak, traced the service engine light on and made necessary repairs and upgrades to the computer and replaced an injector NOTE: RELIABLE MISSED THESE> I gladly paid *** *** to fix and make all repairs It was another dollars but I also had them do other work which I was happy to payI truly believe that Reliable diesel had chances and over dollars of my money to find the leaks and repair this engineand just could not perform the work properlyI also believe they charged me for work that was unnecessaryLike the HP Oil LeakWhen I brought the truck back to Reliable their notes simply said the leak was just residual from the past work performedPOOR excuse This shop lacks the expertise to locate and repair oil leaksI Paid twice for their misdiagnosing and repairPlus on my way home from Reliable Diesel all my door locks stopped working *** *** also repaired these properlyI called Reliable Diesel for a partial money returned from my previous bills, and was told by Jeremy that the owner would call me back., It never happenedSo that is why I am writing thisThis shop lacks expertise in the finer thingsReliable Diesel charged me to misdiagnosisand repaired something that probably did not need repaired*** *** did all their repair work in hr and done properlyMark and Daryl are awesomeI would recommend *** *** for all engine diagnosis and repair Located *** *** ** *** *** over Reliable Diesel, *** *** ** *** ***
For the second time in the last two years I had Reliable Diesel of ***, repair one of my service trucksI am in the A/C & Heating business & since we go to all of our customers, when we have a truck down it is urgent that we get it back on the road quickly in order to take care of our Customers! Yesterday Reliable Diesel did a major R&R of the fuel injection pump on our diesel truck in hrsPrompt, Reliable Service is what we depend on, just like our customers expect & need from us, when they are without A/C or Heat...!! Last year in March, Reliable replaced a leaking lift pump on our diesel & got us back to our customers in minutesReliable is professional & also gives you maintenance tips/advice to save you money, ware & tear as well as time, which is what we do with our customers of *** *** *** * ***! Thank You again Reliable Diesel...!!!
