Fidelity Investments is stating the Hulcher Benefits are not allowing them to change the address for *** Estate Smith that I am beneficiaryI put in a change of address, did not receive any statement after that Call Fidelity Investments, at first they were going to honor the request until they spoke with Hulcher I was given a phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX to call, which I did but did not get a person nor voicemail I put in a written request on 04/24/to both Fidelity Investments and Hulcher Benefits I received a letter from Fidelity stating they don't take written request and did not receive any response from Hulcher Benefits
