Review: We hired John to install a boiler he said was used for a year. He came a few weeks ago to install it since he was recommended by a very close friend of mine I trusted johns opinion and the boiler he was going to install. My first complaint is that John and his crew left my basement an absolute mess rust everywhere. He also got rust all over my brand new basement steps and my hard wood floors. When my husband texted and called him the next day he called my husband a mn and told him he was not a clean up crew he was a plumber. Also added in some racial slurs about the way my plumbing was "rigged". Second the boiler was from 2004 not even close to being a year old. John has not responded to any of our texts or calls. Now the boiler is leaking and John still hasn't responded.Desired Settlement: He charged us the price of a new boiler for a 10 year old boiler I would like my money back.
