I am in receipt of your letter dated September 20, In response to Mrs.***s allegations. On July 5th Mrs*** came into my office in
response to a piece of property that the owner had placed on craigslist She picked up our applications and returned with them and the $fee This is a non-refundable fee as stated on our cover sheet that we have attached to all our applications This fee is to cover our cost of running a credit report, criminal check , rental history etcShe spoke about property she had inherited and that she does not show that income, nor was it verifiable , etcIt was explained to her that I had been receiving several inquiries and applications on this property
On Julyth I ran her report along with several applicants, discussed them with the owner and another party was chosenShe stated her fico score is almost 750, according to Tenant Data, the reporting agency I use, it does not agree with the rating she statedDue to the high volume of applications, the filtering process took a lot longer than my daysWhen next she called Itold her that the Owner had chosen another party, that I had sent her a letter to the address of where she is stayingShe said she was not notified, that I didn't even run her credit as she has an app on her phone that lets her know that someone is checking on her credit
She recently came into my office again stating that she has not received anything from me and that I have not done anything to justify my $feeAlthough , I have done everything required in running her application, sending her a response, I am enclosingcopies of pertinent documentation along with a photocopy of my check for her $and the mailing documentation that Ihave mailed to her
