We thank you for sending the letter on May 11th in regards to *** ***, in regards to maintenance issues and concerns, however her requests were addressed in a timely fashion.*** *** received a new dishwasher at the time of move in, it was operableWhen our maintenance team
inspected the appliance, it was found that the resident actually had broken glass, loose change, etc., inside of the garbage disposal which caused her dishwasher not to drain correctlyMaintenance did fix the issue and unlocked the drain.Maintenance also went to *** ***'s unit to fix the clogged drain the bathroom, and the resident turned maintenance away, stating that she needed to clean her bathroom before they could enter the unit, this happened on two occasionsMaintenance was able to gain access to the unit and determined that a part will need to be ordered in order to remove the hair from the drain in the tub, as well as a part for the dining room closet to be placed back on trackBoth parts are on order and should arrive the week of May 30th 2016.We do value all of the residents that reside at English Village Apartments ans see to it, that each maintenance request is handled in a timely fashion*** ***'s request will be completed once parts arrive, and we will schedule an appointment with the resident to make sure we will be granted access to her unitHer maintenance requests, have never been lost, and are computer generated at all times.The security deposit and pro-rated rent for the above mentioned resident has been credited to her account in the amount of $on July 16th and her account is in good standing at this time.$(Security Deposit)$(For Inconvenience)Should you have any other questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us at the above mentioned number. [redacted] these are copies of the invoices to [redacted] as you can see one invoice in feb. for 249.95 which was a charge to camera sewer line to find problems, this included an estimate for replacement. Then we have the 2nd invoice for...

replacement of a section of the sewer where a tree had fallen and damaged line, her insurance company would only replace the damaged section (2100.00) and [redacted] could not afford to replace the whole line, Notice on the 1st inv the estimate of 4975.00 sewer replacement. If [redacted] wants her complete sewer line replaced we would still be happy to do it for her if she can pay for the complete replacement, we did everything we said we would including working with the insurance co. and having to wait on the insurance check.
