For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The response by the business is to decide (post events of February 8) that typing words on social media constitutes an attempt to enter the court This is exactly what I am saying is NOT an attempt to enter the court The business response is subjective and based solely on the past actions of its security guards, not on objective reasoning Social media does not belong to this business, nor do they have the right to attach meaning to it so that it fits the actions of its security guards.

We discovered that there was a processing error in
accounting this month while processing ACH (Automatic Checking) payments.
His representative will contact him to explain and apologize for the
error and we will be refunding the $that was mistakenly charged
The Cavaliers and Quicken Loans Arena provide ample notice to all fans that entering the court, or attempting to enter the court is grounds for ejectionThe use of social media or any other form of communication to announce such intentions constitutes an attempt and arena security officials act in

Tell us why here... The Cavaliers have been in contact with the complaintant and the issue has been resolved to satisfaction.
We resolved this issue with the customer when he arrived at the arena for the concert. He was issued a refund of $80.00 for his seats.
