Review: I purchased a ticket online on 8/24/15 for the Jamethyst Festival that was scheduled for the weekend of October 2-4, 2015. The event did not occur due to inclement weather. I sent Mr. Joshua E[redacted] an email on Saturday, October 3, 2015 requesting a refund of my total purchase of $47.57.

He responded with the following reply: [redacted], I will refund the ticket once they send me the check for the event. Sorry to make you wait. There was no way to cancel the event on the ticket issuer's website so I must wait for the check from them, cash it and I'll refund you via PayPal.

I have yet to receive a refund, and have contacted Mr. E[redacted] several times since then via email and have left voice mails. He has not responded to my attempts to contact him to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my total purchase of $47.57, paid by check sent through the mail.
