Overall, my experience was not all bad. The salesmen came out for an estimate and was on time and professional. He got me a quote for the fence the next day. The install date was set and they did show up on the day and time promised. The product is what was expected.

My first issue was that they installed the fence with my sprinkler heads on the wrong side (they now water my neighbors yard). I spray painted the ground the night before on the outside of them so they would see them. When I turned them on and noticed, I reached out to them and the salesman said he would have the service dept. take care of it right away, great. Then I get an email saying the install manager and owner were there and said my wife told them to put it like that (really?). It has been 3 weeks since the install and it is still not fixed and they no longer are responding to my emails. My second issue was they did not measure correctly for the quote and had to charge me a "change order" the day of install, partially my fault for not measuring myself and confirming they were short when I signed the agreement but just annoying.

On the install day they gave my wife a line of "we spend the time and do it right the 1st time". I mentioned that in my previous email and got crickets. As of now, I would NOT recommend this company

On 4/23/18 I called about my fencing project. They let me know how much it would cost. and that it would take a month to get them out there to do.
On 5/10 I reached out to ask about when exactly they would be out. I was told that "the paperwork must be on someone's desk and that they would call me back." No one called.
On 5/14 I called again and was told I would get a call from a guy named ***.
5/17 *** came by and said he would be back on 5/26 to complete project. He never showed or called to cancel. After him not showing I called and left a message and have not heard back. I now am looking for someone else to do the job. It has pushed my project back even further while I search for another company. To say I don't recommend them is an under statement. I mean if you don't want a job completed or waste 5 or 6 weeks with no response maybe give them a call. Steer clear otherwise!

We are sorry he feels this way, but we had asked him if he wanted another contractor to handle this since we couldn't get it done within an acceptable time frame. He agreed so we directed him to another company that we are familiar with that could do the work within his time frame. *** then set up a time to review the work and scheduled to make repairs to a fence. If he called *** and left a message it is out of our companies control. to be clear, "Mike" does not work for us and it is "Mike" that did not keep the appointment. While we have used *** in the past to do service work on fences that had damage over the winter he is not part of our company.
We spoke to this person today who only called to tell us he was giving us a bad review on Revdex.com even though it wasn't our company who was servicing him. We tried asking if we could reach out to *** for him, but he hung up! Our hope is to have this removed from our listing since another company ultimately was responsible for this work.
Lastly, we called the other company to see where they stood with this work. He assured me he had called the person when he couldn't go on Saturday and that he was planning on doing it tomorrow. I asked him to let me know the outcome as this person was going to post to our Revdex.com even though we weren't doing the work. Hopefully they can work out the issue and get the work done tomorrow.
While we never want to turn away work or disappoint someone with our schedule; this time of year things get slowed down by weather and we only have a certain amount of qualified people that we can send out to do this kind of work. We still try and help people by directing them to other companies we know that have capacity, but in no way do we control their work flow. We were only trying to help get this person a speedier resolution.
Lastly, we are busy. We are extremely sorry if we didn't meet your expectation. At this time of year we are running about a 4-6 week backlog on all types of work. We hate to disappoint anybody. Throughout the year we service close to 1500 customers and unfortunately, in this case, as with four others over the past decade and close to 20,000 jobs we failed.
