My complaint is regarding the Arnold, MO locationThis company uses bait and switchYou submit an online application and resumeThey then asked me for a hard copy and I filled out a lot of paperworkThey ask for bank routing information, copy of ID and social security informationAfter submitting all that information they say they only have factory workI have two Master degrees and they knew this once I submitted my resumeWhen I talked to them today they told me that the catalog factory position is a management positionOn their forms they charge for insurance but I already have insurance coverageThey then say a drug test is required, which is fine, however they wanted me to pay for itThe standard would be for them to pay for the drug testThey are lying about the positions they haveThey are baiting people to come but do not have those positions available
