Following are complaints against Humana Rx Plan (PDP), which I have used as a senior this year:
Their formulary is quite incompleteIt does not cover generic medications and others against common conditionsTwo examples within three months are: Hyosyamine for irritable bowel syndrome and Ketoconazole cream for dermatological useI was informed by Humana that their monthly premium for my plan is going up a whopping 47% in No explanation, just take it or leave itThey can bet I am leaving but not without making these complaints public for the benefit of othersHumana invests substantial amounts in TV and other advertising for Medicare Advantage and other plansBased on the above complaints, seniors and other consumers beware of their advertisingI called them on November to share these complaints and am doing it through the Revdex.com for public awareness
