They are prompt in taking your money but that is about all! I rendered payment to them a month and a half ago and have been begging for a receipt since then. Who takes payment and refuses a receipt? I have called numerous times simply asking for a receipt for services rendered, no one will comply. I would think this is required. When I call, they hang up on me and have now blocked my number and any number that I have called from. A receipt, a simple receipt? If you use them, don't plan on them helping you with anything once the check has cleared...FYI!

Review: This company was found on the Internet. They were called because of a squirrel problem. [redacted] came out on 02/14/15 to inspect the house for squirrel entry. He requested and was given a check for $ 350.00. We were not given a contract or anything to sign. He was an older man who had problems bending, stooping and dropped the ladder 3 times while trying to put it in the truck. He was unsure of an entry for the squirrels and set 2 traps in the yard with peanut butter and bird seed as bait. In a few days, there was a squirrel in the trap and he was called and did pick up the trap and left one trap in the yard. This trap stayed without bait and upside down for 3 days. He was called again to refill and engage trap and said he would be there on Monday 02/23 but was a no-call, no-show. When we called, it was another excuse. 02/24 after we called he came out, did not fill the trap or reset it and was going on the roof to close up the small hole that he thought was the entrance. We told him that we could still hear the squirrels in the ceiling of both porches. He said he would be back early Wednesday to make hole in ceiling of porch to put a trap in. Wednesday, again did not call and did not show. Messages left on [redacted] and [redacted] phones with no return call. Thurs 02/26 we asked for our money back due to not reliable. [redacted] said that he was not the one to talk to, so I called [redacted] the owner, message left with no return call. Friday 02/27 still no call, messages again left on [redacted] and [redacted] phones. Saturday, both texted again asking for refund for services not delivered. [redacted] called me back. I told him everything that has happen. His reply was that they do not give refunds and that I could either terminate their services without a refund or allow them to come back and finish and that I only had until Wednesday 03/04/15 to decide. This is poor business practices and abuse to a women and a senior citizen. I was stupid for not insisting on signing a contract and for paying up front.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my $350.00 to be refunded. I would be willing to pay for the 50 cents worth of peanut butter and bird seed that was used in the traps.

Review: I contacted Beau G[redacted] with Humane Wildife Control Solutions on April 18th, 2016 regarding bats in the attic. I was given a verbal quote on the phone for $350.00 for the exclusion of bats and to seal up the entry points. After hanging up exclusion nets I was told that the process is given 7 days and that someone would return on the 8th day to seal up the entry points of the animals. Also, was told that the job came with a 10 year warranty. At that time the payment of $350.00, in the form of personal check, was handed over. After 10 days I contacted Beau G[redacted] using the information on his Humane Wildlife Control Solutions business card. I was told that he would be out the next day. This has happened several times now. At this point it has been 35 days since the exclusion nets went up and I have talked with Mr. G[redacted] many times. Each time I'm given a different excuse, for example once he said that he was being overloaded with work, too much rain, too sunny out, or simply just forgot. At this point I'm under the assumption that I paid for services that are not going to be finished.Desired Settlement: I would prefer for the job to be finished however I would except a refund. During the initial installation of the exclusion nets I had to supply the ladder and scissors to cut netting so I'm not sure if Mr. Beau G[redacted] is equipped to even finish the job himself.
