Humaworm, Inc.

I have had a NEGATIVE experience with this company, Humaworm. I am beginning to believe this company doesn't exist in Marks, MS. I have never in my life seen a company who advertises their products online and wants to make money be so negligent in response to their customers. These people won't answer the phone. You have to leave a message and then they won't call you back. I finally did get a call back over a week after I'd left a message. I asked [redacted] a little about the company and told her I felt leery about ordering because of their slackness about answering the phones and getting back to me. I did tell her this is no way to treat customers. She said she had been out of the office sick. She said she was the only customer service employee and this was a family ran business. This is ridiculous! That no one can take orders but her. I left a message for Dr. [redacted] who is the owner of the company, but got no response from her after waiting over 2 weeks. This is the most frustrating company I've ever seen! I would advise any one to buy from a reputable company who will answer their calls and fill their orders promptly! Something is definitely not right about this company!!! I sent [redacted] a copy of this letter and told her I was going to inform my friends and others, and she responded with, "Ok, Have a nice day." No explanation at all or an apology for not responding to their customers for orders. I guess they don't care about selling their products. My advice is to order from a company that cares about their customers!!

I really like the company, I have had no issues to report, the owner is very helpfull, she is very knowlegeable and likes to help people. I recieved my order in a very timely fashion, ordered it online, very easy to do. Im seeing very positive results also with this product. She also has a facebook page
