On the day of the repair, the crew arrived on time and completed the job the same day, including resetting the interlock exactly as it was beforeThe crew found that the problem was not as bad as initially thought which meant the cost was less than the original estimate

Six years ago I bought an older home in Orleans. The garage had serious floor & foundation cracks. Mr. Foundation quoted on the job but I hired another established [redacted] who quoted lower. Well into the project, with my garage propped in the air on 'stilts', they refused to complete the work at the quoted price, citing unforeseen complications. They refused to provide a revised quote. Instead, they would keep working on it and bill me as they went. I called Mr. Foundation. Patrick offered to finish the job, providing clear details on pricing and what processes would need to be done to ensure success. I fired the other company, hired Mr. Foundation, and the job was done on time, according to code, and at the quoted (and very reasonable) price. I was so pleased that I contracted them to install a patio base and a french drain on the property. Today, all of their work has stood up to the toughest test: time. From the time the president ([redacted]) came to our home to assess the work that needed to be done we felt very comfortable and new that we wanted this company for the job. We received a written quote for the work the same day and was told what to expect in the coming weeks . We needed the work to be done sooner because of water damage and they accommodated us very quickly . The team arrived right on time and worked quickly and efficiently taking care of our property as they did the repairs that was needed. After completing the job the workers did a very good job cleaning up the area .The work was done the same day and for all the hard work they did it was well worth it. We appreciated [redacted] (receptionist) patience in dealing will all our calls she was always very pleasant when talking with us . we were treated like we were important to them. The crew arrived right on time at 8am and worked all day until 4 pm. I had to encourage them to even take a lunch break. They were professional, polite and respectful. There was no coarse language nor frustrated voices. Senior on the job was patient with junior workers and encouraged them to take their time and do a proper job. They identified an issue with the float in our sump pump and rectified the problem with full explanation of the situation and effect it could have on the weeping tiles, avoiding any future damage or expense. The workers were knowledgeable and not just doing a mechanical task. The quality of the repair was more than even expected. Having thought the repair was expensive and seeing all the work and materials which went into the repair found it well worth the cost. The workers cleaned up after themselves. My home is 31 years old and I was beginning to worry about the foundation and leaking weeping tiles. After the completed work I am not longer worrying.

The president of the company came to the house that day and explained what the problem likely was and what could be done to fix it. The subsequent "team" proved to be not only a very competent, knowledgeable group but also guys that were truly interested in doing the best possible job they could and took pride in their work. The problem is now solved, both inside and outside. A tremendous group of people from the initial receptionist, the team, and up to the president himself. Mr. Foundation inc. came highly recommended to me in september-october 2014 by a few neighbours who lived in my area.After discussing my problem wherein water had leaked into my basement with Mr [redacted] the contractor of the company,who described what they would do indetail to correct the problem, I agreed for the work to be done, Contract signed in October,work begun in November and finished in a few weeks. The crack in the foundation was larger than first expected running along one outside wall. It was done by an efficient crew ,who worked and cleaned up after themselves.Work was also done on the second wall on the outside on the otherside of the house as well. The work was guaranteed for 10 years.Water has never reappeared in the basement .Iwas very pleased with the work and remain highly satisfied.

Mr. Foundation Inc. has recently completed 64 feet of waterproofing and crack repair involving three walls of our thirty-five year old family home. The estimate(s) provided by [redacted] was, in my opinion, an honest appraisal of the required repairs and was provided without hype or pressure.
The actual repair work was carried out in a timely fashion with care and attention to the surrounding area despite minimal onsite clearance. The work crew, as well as office staff, were courteous and always provided good communication. In fact, two of my neighbours commented on the excellent deportment and work ethic of the onsite repair crew.
I would therefore not hesitate to recommend Mr. Foundation Inc. for similar water proofing/crack repair work and, should the need arise, have this company carry out additional repairs as required.
