Dear Mr***, I am very sorry to hear about your experience and the delay in getting your plates I looked into this issue and it seems that the Maryland DMV rejected the paperwork because the leinholder address was not pulling in their system Between 1/12/18- 2/17/the
paperwork was not processed/sent to the DMV from Reg*** We spoke to them several times during the process and learned today that your DMV will be receiving all necessary paperwork tomorrow, 2/23/ After the DMV receives the documents, we were told they will 'rush' ship the plates to your addressWe will be able to call the DMV tomorrow to get the tracking number for your plates, I can provide you with that information then I will also follwith you on Monday to ensure you received your plates.
